Is Shopping on Q8i Bazaar Secure?
When you order anything from us your order is made over a secure connection via an
SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted
so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Encryption is used on all pages, making shopping
on Q8i Bazaar as safe as possible.
Is my Creditcard/Knet informtion safe?
In compliance with the highest industry standards, We do not take nor save any of your creditcard
or knet inforrmation on our servers.
When you make a payment through Knet, you will be directed through a secure connection to the Knet page.
Knet will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way,
your data will never leave the knet page.
When you make a payment with your Visa or Mastercard, you will be directed through a secure connection
to the Bank Payment Gateway. Bank Payment Gateway will then process the payment and will only send us
back a confirmation of the payment. This way, your data will never leave Bank Payment Gateway.

How can I get delivered my order?
You can get your delivery by using:
- Normal Delivery
- This is the Normal Post Method.
- Express Delivery
- For below options charges will be shown upon chosing the delivery option during checkout, based on area.
Delivery Policy:
- Q8i Bazaar.pk ships orders by
Company's own delivery network and, 3rd party logistics partners.
- Once you have received the order, we (or our logistics partner)
will ask you for your physical signature. Your signature will be a
confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the
order.
- If you are not present at the specified delivery address,
we (or our logistics partner) can deliver the order to any person
at the specified address and their signature on the order will be
a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in
the order.
- If we (or our logistics partner) reach your address and fail
to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department
to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible
for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 7 days
after the day of purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 72 hours. For example:

How can I track my order?
To check the status for Normal Delivery can be seen
from My Profile > Profile Options > Order History > Status Tab.
For DHL / Fedex / Leopard or whatever option you will choose Link to check the delivery status
will be provided @ My Profile > Profile Options > Order History > Status Tab
by opening the order link. Next to the Delivery status you will find the link for tracking named "Track"
Delivery rates for my orders?
Delivery rates are configured based on your area and will be shown on checkout page while you will select the area of delivery.
How to cancel already placed order?
You will have to contact the Q8i Bazaar administration within 1hour by calling at the provided number @ Contact Us page for this purpose.
Return Policy
Q8i Bazaar.pk stands with the quality and customer satisfaction is our
first priority. To return items purchased @ Q8i Bazaar.pk,
please follow these steps:
For your protection, we recommend that you use TCS, DHL, Leopard or
another insured parcel post for your return.

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from
the sample shown on website we will provide an exchange or refund.

Returned items are also accepted if they have a manufacturing defect
that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, are fake,
or does not match the specifications stated on www.q8ibazaar.com.

Items should be returned with their original packaging and with its
original content, accessories and manuals.
Returned items (unless defective or fake) must be in resalable condition.

Food items (unless expired at time of delivery) and personal products such as,
Cosmetics, underwear, newspapers, magazines, shaving equipment,
washed clothes, and hygiene products are not eligible for returns.

Items bought during promotions or on discount are not eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it
does not comply with our policy.
All return shipping charges must be paid by customer.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to
monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to
the Q8i Bazaar warehouse.
You can demand a purchase Voucher for future shopping instead of Bank Transfer.
Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Payment will be refunded to original purchaser only.
